Everyone who knows the original Italian Job, sing along:

This is the Self-Deprecation So-ci-e-ty!
We're not very good at it tho-o-ough!

My dreams become more surreal literally by the day.
Today, I was interviewed by a bloke from the Prince's Trust for their newspaper, and the Evening News want to interview me on Wednesday. Rah. My PR agent rocks (and she's also managed to get the BBC Arts Show interested in the Elgar show.)

hubnut.net do not rock at the moment - they're keeping www.ensembletours.co.uk up, but my webmail is down (and hubnut's own site is not working - something which frankly does not inspire confidence in a webhost.) Luckily, i've lately got into the habit of printing out all important emails, so I have hopefully lost very little in the way of communications as a result. May have to look into switching webhosts though - they've been working on it since 7am this morning and still haven't got anything sorted - http://srv1.hubnut.net/ . Ggggrrr.

Have also met with a bloke from choir who's going to help out by doing publicity for some of the shows, handing out flyers at the ends of free concerts etc. This is good.

The rest of the day was spent running around Edinburgh doing publicity, getting stuff to my accountants, collecting busking passes and Fringe party tickets, and then making up "welcome to Edinburgh" packs. Need to do lots of photocopying tomorrow.
