"Easter Events
Wonderful World of Poo!
Wednesday March 30th 11am-4pm
Explore the amazing world of animal poo - what goes
into it, why it’s always brown, who’s is whose and what
it’s used for. Drop in throughout the day. Free Event - held in our education centre."
Yeah, good question. Why is it always brown?
Dinner plans for tonight -
frostmorn. As a guest, not as the main course. Planning to go experimental - I've parboiled some thickly sliced potatoes and put them in a casserole dish, alternating with a cheese, leek and mushroom sauce, and finishing with a half-layer of cheddar-and-breadcrumb gratin, then a layer of cubed feta, then a final half-layer of gratin. Serving with roasted carrots (in olive oil, with finely chopped garlic scattered through the olive oil). Let's see how it turns out...
Incidentally, if anybody fancies organising groups to go to concerts in Edinburgh (even just the once) or has organised a group outing to a concert in the past, please comment - I need people to fill in a questionnaire for work.
